"Starting at" is a floor, not a quote, and an executive assistant engagement may be priced differently. Belay's FAQ also says it "isn't built to compete on rock-bottom price": you're paying for a US-based person and a managed relationship.
Other figures you'll see online, such as hourly rates quoted in rival companies' blog posts or forum threads, aren't confirmed by Belay. Ask Belay for a written quote for your hours, and ask about any fee to end the agreement or to hire the assistant directly.
