Wishup pricing, reviews and an alternative for batch work
Wishup sells one dedicated assistant in India by the month: $1,999 for 8 hours a day or $1,299 for 4 on its Prime plan, cancel anytime. Choose Wishup for one person in your inbox and calendar. Choose HerWorkCircle for repeat batch work, done by a managed team that checks every piece, priced per piece or per hour.

A quick check on what you need done
Answer what fits the work you want to hand over. Each question has one answer that suits a dedicated assistant and one that suits a managed team, so the result can go either way.
Which fits your work?
Answer at least 4 questions. Your result appears here, and changes as you go.
How to read this
- A managed team is likely the better fit: Repeat batch work with clear rules is what we do. Start with a small trial batch at a price agreed up front.
- Wishup is likely the better fit: For daily admin that follows you around, one dedicated assistant on a monthly plan, such as Wishup's, is a strong fit.
- Try both on one small task: You can use both: an assistant for daily admin, and a team for batch work. Try the batch on one small task first.
A side is called when it leads by two or more answers. Each question has one answer that fits each option.
How much does Wishup cost?
Wishup's pricing page lists these monthly prices for one assistant. Each plan has a 4 hours or 8 hours a day switch; the page opens on 8 hours. Checked on 25 October 2026:
| Plan | 8 hours a day | 4 hours a day | What it's for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Prime VA | $1,999 | $1,299 | Admin, support, operations |
| Elite VA | $2,999 | $1,999 | Senior and leadership support |
| US-based VA | $5,400 | $3,000 | US time zone, US hours |
| Dedicated bookkeeper | $1,799 | $999 | Bookkeeping |
So the $1,299 "starting" price you see on Wishup's UAE and Australia pages is the 4 hours a day Prime plan, and older blog posts quote other starting prices, so go by the pricing page. Wishup says there is no setup fee and you can cancel anytime. The pricing page doesn't offer a free trial. Its plan comparison lists replacement and money back as included, but no refund terms are shown, so ask for them in writing.
That price buys one person's working day. For batch work the maths changes: a catalog update of 2,000 products or a weekly support queue needs capacity that rises and falls, which a single seat can't always give. We don't publish a rate card, because the price depends on the task and the volume. On the first call you get a clear price for a trial batch, per piece or per hour.
What do Wishup reviews say?
On Trustpilot, Wishup showed 4.7 stars from 110 reviews on 25 October 2026, and Trustpilot noted the company hadn't recently asked customers for reviews. On Clutch it showed 5.0 from 56 reviews. Counts move every week, so check the live pages.
Read the 1 to 3 star reviews as well as the top ones before you decide: they tell you how a provider handles a bad match. Check who wrote any review roundup, because many are written by other assistant companies.
Where Wishup is the better choice
- Daily admin for one person: inbox, calendar, scheduling and follow-ups, done by someone who learns your habits.
- A fixed, published monthly price you can budget for, with no long contract.
- A US-based assistant on US hours, if you need one and can pay for it.
- Bookkeeping or automation help from the same provider.
- Fast matching, free replacement, and a money-back line on its plan comparison.
Where HerWorkCircle fits better
- Repeat work with written rules: product listings and catalog updates, data checking and cleanup, research lists, written support tickets.
- Pay for the work, not a seat: one agreed price per piece or per hour, with no subscription.
- A second person checks every piece before you see it, so you don't review everything yourself.
- A team shares the load, so work carries on when one person is away.
- A small trial batch first, then more as you see the result.

Moving a repeat task from an assistant to a team
- Keep your assistant for the work that follows you around.
- Pick the task that repeats in batches, and write it down: an example input, a finished example, and a few good and bad results. Our brief builder helps.
- Book a free 20-minute call and agree the price of a small trial batch.
- Compare the result, your review time and the total cost, then decide what to scale.
